About the role:
This is a new and exciting role created to have the responsibility to develop and implement the Thames Water leakage detection strategy.
It is a high-profile role designed to enable our leakage performance commitments to be met and to be delivered in the most efficient and effective way.
You will have the opportunity to work with the recently formed Transformation Team wider Senior Leadership Team and internal sponsors to establish the future vision for leakage and the future commercial implications for the whole business.
This is an opportunity to work in a challenging but highly rewarding role within Thames Water. And being part of our significant business transformation as part of its Turnaround Plan that spans all areas of the organisation, you will be instrumental in motivating, steering and overseeing a changing organisation.
What you’ll be doing as Operational Leakage Strategy Manager
Base location: This is a hybrid role, and your base location can be flexible within the Thames Water area of operations.
Hours: 36 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
