Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations on site, ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
- Supervise and direct subcontractors, trades, and site staff.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and health & safety standards.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of project schedules.
- Report on progress, costs, and site issues to the Project Manager.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Site Manager in high-end residential refurbishment.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A solid understanding of health and safety regulations and site procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Carpenter by trade.
